The Job

We're looking for a Sales Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

  • Actively engage in cold calling potential clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities, scheduling appointments and software’s’ demos for the sales team.

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Process sales orders, ensuring all relevant customer and order information is updated accurately in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and existing customers through consistent follow-ups and communication. 
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Data Management:
  • Track and report on sales activities, including cold calls, lead generation, meetings, and lead conversions.
  • Ensure up-to-date and accurate records of prospects, leads, and sales opportunities are maintained in the CRM system. 
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and assist with the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and sales campaigns.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales-related documentation for customers and internal teams.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing communication, and updating the CRM system. 
  • Customer Feedback & Market Insights:
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve sales strategies and inform product development.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Requisitos

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in a software/technology-related environment.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho One or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive, results-oriented individual with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.

*Base Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 13:00 & 13:30 – 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 14:00
