The Job
We're looking for a Sales Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
- Actively engage in cold calling potential clients and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities, scheduling appointments and software’s’ demos for the sales team.
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
- Process sales orders, ensuring all relevant customer and order information is updated accurately in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and existing customers through consistent follow-ups and communication.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Reporting & Data Management:
- Track and report on sales activities, including cold calls, lead generation, meetings, and lead conversions.
- Ensure up-to-date and accurate records of prospects, leads, and sales opportunities are maintained in the CRM system.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and assist with the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and sales campaigns.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales-related documentation for customers and internal teams.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, managing communication, and updating the CRM system.
- Customer Feedback & Market Insights:
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve sales strategies and inform product development.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in a software/technology-related environment.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho One or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A proactive, results-oriented individual with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.
