In this sense, it will always be in their interest to help overcome these challenges. For instance, if the company has its own technicians, fleet managers can help identify the specific skills needed for truck repairs and simplify the hiring process. When it comes to retaining technicians, they can also assist in cultivating a positive work environment that values and rewards good performance.
