Combining several Frotcom features, the Serbian company improved its fleet performance, reduced costs, and increased customer satisfaction.
Perfect Trade was established in 2015 in Serbia, and its main activity is road transport. Currently, the company's fleet operates throughout Europe and counts 18 vehicles equipped with Frotcom, whose use has exceeded expectations and allowed Perfect Trade to achieve its fleet management goals.
Perfect Trade's main challenges in fleet management were to enhance service delivery quality and increase customer satisfaction. It was also crucial for the Serbian company to control its fleet's fuel consumption and use a system that would allow them to quickly identify, monitor, and communicate with their drivers while on the job.
Perfect Trade increased its fleet's productivity and improved customer service by using Frotcom’s CRM - Customer relationship management. The company can now provide tracking tickets to its customers to track their goods in real-time, resulting in significant time savings and increased customer satisfaction. The CRMs’ tracking tickets made it easier for customers to stay informed about the status of their goods without having to call for updates.
By combining features such as Frotcom's Mobile workforce management, Integrated navigation system, and GPS trailer and asset tracking, the company can now better monitor all fleet vehicles and their transported goods and maintain effective communication with drivers. Furthermore, with the Automatic driver identification system, the company overcame one of its main objectives: identify the drivers driving the vehicles in its fleet in real-time and monitor their working hours.
According to the customer, by using Frotcom's Fuel Management module and installing fuel sensors, Perfect Trade also reduced fleet fuel consumption by 10%.
