Using various Frotcom features, the Cypriot freight forwarding and logistics company has seen a transformation in fleet productivity and a significant cost reduction.

Interfreight Logistics is a freight forwarding and logistics company established in 2005 with headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus. Since its formation, the company has established a sub-agent network covering more than 100 ports worldwide, operating in Limassol, Hamburg, and Piraeus. Using Frotcom's Remote tachograph download, drivers' data is now accessible without requiring workshop visits, saving valuable time. Through Frotcom's integration with VDO Fleet via the Frotcom API, drivers can now receive an automatic report detailing their infringements. Finally, using the Driving behavior analysis module, the Frotcom team customized a periodic driver infringement report, ensuring that each driver received it in their preferred language for better understanding and compliance.

Through Frotcom, Interfreight Logistics can monitor the temperature of its cargo, and Lidl has access to this crucial information via integration with KASASI, (Lidl Global Platform). This feature has significantly improved the company's communication process with its customer, Lidl, who can now independently access and monitor its deliveries.

According to the customer, using Frotcom's features has allowed Interfreight Logistics to increase fleet productivity by 15% and reduce overall costs by 10%.
