Innovation in Fleet Maintenance: Frotcom at the 18th Supply Chain Conference
At the 18th Supply Chain and Logistics Conference in Cyprus, our team captivated industry leaders with an engaging presentation on fleet maintenance solutions, showcasing innovative strategies and tools that drive efficiency for fleets of all sizes.

On February 6, 2025, fleet managers, logistics professionals, and supply chain experts gathered in Nicosia, Cyprus, for the 18th Supply Chain and Logistics Conference. As a proud event sponsor, our Cypriot team seized the opportunity to connect with industry leaders and showcase Frotcom’s innovative fleet management solutions.
A standout moment of the conference was our session titled "How do companies manage the maintenance of their fleet, what issues do they face, and how does the largest private fleet in Cyprus handle the maintenance of more than 1,000 vehicles?"
Moderated by Ersi Christodoulidou, Marketing Manager at Frotcom Cyprus, the session featured Michalis Christodoulides, CEO of Frotcom Cyprus, and Antonis Chrysostomou, Fleet Manager of Exness. Together, they highlighted how managing over 1,000 vehicles in Cyprus with Frotcom helped implement efficient maintenance programs and optimize resources —proving that even large fleets can achieve efficiency.
The panel tackled key topics, including common fleet maintenance challenges like supply chain delays and driver compliance, while presenting innovative strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
The discussion focused on key topics, including:
- The importance of fleet maintenance in supply chain and logistics, particularly for large fleets like Exness;
- Common challenges faced by fleet managers such as:
- Managing a high volume of daily maintenance tasks, including Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), service reminders, oil changes, etc.;
- Addressing human error and delays in maintenance scheduling;
- Adapting to fleet changes as employees and vehicles come and go;
- Controlling high costs resulting from delayed or overlooked maintenance.
- The financial impact of poor maintenance, which can lead to increased fuel consumption, higher CO2 emissions, and costly repairs, especially in large fleets.
The session highlighted Frotcom’s Vehicle Maintenance module, showcasing how it addresses key challenges by providing centralized remote monitoring for all fleet vehicles, delivering instant alerts on maintenance issues, and enabling proactive solutions. The panelists also shared plans for the module’s future developments, which include expanding its capabilities by supporting heavy vehicles and integrating tachograph DTC monitoring, further widening its application and value to diverse fleet operations.
